You will need:
1. Paint your thumb, middle finger, and pinky with a dark blue polish. 2. Paint your pointer finger a lime green. Then, go over it with a clear, sparkly polish. 3. Paint your ring finger a silver. Then, taking some tweezers, grab some gems and line them up into a diagonal line onto your finger. There should be three lines. 4.
